Hi! hand-hello

I'm Konrad

Business & Data Analyst

finger-pointing A little about me

Hi, I'm Konrad, an electronic engineer with experience in R&D and repair of industrial machinery. Over the past 6 years I have created 3 ventures, one of which was successful, ranging from sales of Arduino supplies and educational robotics kits, to training students in robotics and programming, and most recently, online adult education in electronics and programming.

These experiences have honed my leadership and business skills, including metrics tracking, communication, and fundraising, and have led me to pursue Business Analytics.

After completing Google's Data Analytics course, I'm now studying Business Analytics at Coder House, and I'm excited to share my insights and help other companies grow with data-driven decisions.

- 2008 - Everyone has a story and this is the one that makes the most sense to the 2023 version of me. I began my career working in a remote technical support company in Argentina for Germany, where I gained experience in troubleshooting and managing networks remotely. After this, I worked in research and development for a telecommunications company, where I honed my skills in math, physics, and processes.

- 2015 - In the past seven years, I've had three different entrepreneurial ventures. The first was a sales venture for Arduino supplies, robotics, and educational kits. The second was focused on providing robotics education to students in schools, and the third was an online education platform that provided training in electronics and programming to adults.

- 2019 - Through these ventures, I learned a great deal about project management, leading a team, understanding business metrics, communication, leadership, fundraising, marketing, sales, and customer service.

- 2022 - In the past year, I've been humbly repositioning myself to learn more about data, which was one of my weaknesses in my previous entrepreneurial ventures.

I took a Google data analytics course, where I learned to program in R, Python, and various BI tools to expedite the visualization, reporting, and decision-making processes based on data. I am currently studying Business Analytics at Coder House and mentoring three entrepreneurial ventures. I am excited to apply the knowledge I've gained and collaborate with other companies and startups to help them grow with the insights that I can provide.

Dashboard for the people's Department

The human resources team of a company asked me to build a Dashboard for them so they can analyze all the data they have separated in 3 DB taking into account the fields of: number of employees, each department, salaries, average evaluation, gender and location on the US map.
